Kerry is an extremely dedicated realtor who works hard at all phases of the transaction: (1) offer, (2) inspections, (3) post-inspection agreement, (4) working with loan officer and (5) working with title company to close. Kerry was my buying agent and she represented me well in interactions with the listing agent and sellers. We were able to close exactly on time with no issues. Any time I had any questions, Kerry always responded quickly, usually within an hour. I'm very happy with Kerry's performance in completing my purchase. Another thing I want to mention is that prior to making an offer, she was very patient as I looked at different properties.
